A new bar in Downtown LA that is slowly attracting patrons nightgly. Features tecate and tequilla, La Costena has murals of women in bikini's next to posters of Einstein and Van Gogh's Starry Night. The people and staff are friendly and warm and the service is great.

There's a jukebox that fills the air with music of your choice, a great selection of beer and liquor, and some nice atmosphere to just laze the night away and sip a drink before going to bed.
